Huangshan (黃山, literally "Yellow Mountain") in the southern Anhui province of eastern China looks like it came straight out of a painting.

Jiuzhaigou National Park (九寨溝, literally "Valley of Nine Villages") in Sichuan, China has a number of mirror lakes with beautiful reflections when the waters are calm.


Gorgeous, multi-colored calcified pools cover Huang Long (黃龍, literally "Yellow Dragon") in Sichuan, China.
Isle of Skye, Scotland is my suggestion. Not conventionally beautiful, but never again will I see such a place...
